If, for example, you are planning a meal for a special occasion, Brett will consult with you and suggest the best wines to go with the dishes being served. | You provide details of the event, the guests, the food and the budget and Brett will either supply you with the wines you need (after consultation) to meet your needs or will advise you on the wines to purchase and the best place to get them; in either case, full tasting notes will be supplied.
Another speciality is organising wedding gift wines. Brett will discuss with you your preferences and will then organise a wedding list from which your guests can select the wines that they would like to give you.
